It is a fake domain designed for use with fake phishing emails. These emails are sent by a company's infoSec department to company employees as part of a training exercise to train them to detect phishing attacks. Bottom line, if you see this, you are being tested by your company's Infosec department to see if you are sufficiently wary of phishing emails. Because of that, it's probably not actually unsafe (i.e. your own company would not infect your computer) but it is unwise to follow any links to that domain since it would flag you as a careless employee who isn't paying attention to these sorts of attacks. I give it three stars because it's sort of totally unsafe (since it's supposed to be a phishing attack) and totally safe (since it's actually not a phishing attack. Is there another dimension to the star rating?

Received email from fipsparcel.com confirming the delivery of my package. Do details of the package such as the sender, deliver address, etc. Just a line saying the value of the package was $75.00 and required a signature - with links to view a "digital photo of package & Signature form" and a link for a tracking #.
