Patience is a virtue. The little installers from non-"direct" download links may bring you things which will take so much longer than 15 seconds to get rid of.

Good site, but other people think it has virus, or spam, soo, Im not sure if this claims is true, so it is suspicious.

The installer for the roms is misleading. However, there is a silver lining. as long as you click decline on the last 3 steps of the 4 step installer you will get your rom and never install the adware that comes with this installer

I have only gotten one virus in the 10 years I have been using computers, and it was from this site.

I downloaded an installer and it tried to get me to instal a bunch of bullshit into my task bar and it also crashed my browser and supressed it while it was supposedly downloading a file for me.

Roms should not be .exe files!!
I Downloaded one, and didn't notice the extension and tried to open, it kept trying to install, luckily I have it set to require the administrator password before installing anything. I had to restart my computer to stop it from attempting to install.

Game roms for emulators should NOT come as .exe, warning to everyone. Programs and files that shouldn't be .exe should be assumed to be viruses.

At this moment at time Avast! is going crazy. Every few seconds I have another "suspicious item has been detected". Do not touch this website!

I got a few pop-ups here from a few shady sites. I don't find this site to be okay for finding ROMs.

Website was trustworthy 3 years ago. Now it is not secure and is full of rootkits and trojans..

i visited this site downloaded mario rom infected pc hours later im back for the love of god dont download installs all kinds of crap i used malwarebytes removed the majority the rest i deleted manually with regedit and ccleaner just dont trust me not worth it

Usage of ROMs and emulators are illegal, but if you're programming your own game you could download an emulator to run your game here!

A few pop-up ads show up every now and then. Otherwise, this is a good website for getting roms.

I get my roms from there, plus if people don't want kids to see ads, get firefox and download ADBLOCK PLUS plugin! Thats what I have :D
