I seriously doubt that children should be shopping for appliances. Poor customer experience: Bought a GE microwave which has SERIOUS design flaws. Customer service may as well not even exist at all as when you call them up they don't give a flying "fluk"[sic]. I'm so livid over this that I will never buy another GE product ever again. They are going to get this one back! Privacy risks: NONE of the pages where you can "contact" them by using their forms to do so are https. I.E, they are NOT secure.
