when I downloaded this program a virus named trojan.generic tried to install itself onto my computer. Luckily my anti-virus software blocked it. Be careful.

This is the homepage for the Songbird media player, witch is powered by Mozilla, and it's excellent, almost like Firefox, but it's an media player with an embeed browser with tabs, bookmarking, etc.
When the Songbird project is more stable, I might think of dumping Firefox for this. :P Well not really.
And the Web Of Trust (WOT) addon has been ported to Songbird and you may download it now at *****

This is the next best player to be, it's based on Mozzila and it's not just a plain media player but it also has a full web browser built in that looks much like Firefox. Yes it's still beta and it has some bugs, but that's a loud and noisy far cry from being useless! I encourage every music enthusiast to try it and help to build it.
