I haven't been using this service for very long. I recently decided to start playing Ark again and I needed a host for my server. It's super easy to start up and though I am not very tech savvy the customer support is ALWAYS there to help. It's INCREDIBLE. Literally these people straight up like work their butts off. Like they know more about making an ark server than I do and they don't even play this game as far as I know. They are always super nice, and will stick with you until your practical needs are solved.. as for emotional needs... I like to tease them a little xD I like to flirt with them, although they maintain professionalism throughout our entire conversation it is fun to goof around and mess with them. They're really great, hard working people and I have literally never experience customer service as great as this.
