spammers/identity harvesters. nothing confirmed opt-in, nothing requested.
why? because they spamming machine accounts that can't tale part in their MLM spam-scam.
crappy, crappy people.
simple example? there are so many, but sure - real businesses, with transactional relationships with their customers - don't resort to spamming machine accounts, much less with stupid spelling and/or punctuation tricks

This is apparently a source of spam for what is basically a scam operation. Avoid this site and its affiliates.

Spamming site. Claim you can unscribe their spams, but it's fake.

Spammers. I've been receiving a ton of unsolicited emails from these guys for the past 6 months or so.

Email received from them without request or unsubscribe and address information. This is a clear violation of CAN-SPAM. I therefore strongly recommend NOT visiting their website.

@iyas ... only 3 or 4? I've suddenly started receiving around 10 spam emails a day from all sorts of random domains but all containing links to goldbar.net urls and all seem to be get rich quick type offers - based on the text in the email, I don't click on the links

Not sure how I got onto the site, but I am getting a continual stream of spam (at least 3 or 4 a day) which I cannot unsubscribe from, including when I attempt to contact through their site. So prime spammers as far as I can see.

NOT a "get rich quick" scam...but it has other problems.

I'm with Goldbar since last year and I can assure you that this is not phishing or scam site and has nothing related to "get rich quick", MLMs or similar things.
Goldbar is an excellent service provider!!!!

good software site - does NOT engage in phishing of any kind. I know that. I use Goldbar more than 10 months.

I've been outside general counsel for this company for several years now and this is most definitely not a phishing or scam site.

The reason for some of the negative comments above:
Since we provide email software, we may have users who promote businesses. This is their prerogative. We insure the emails sent through our system are double optin and comply with best practices.
As long as they do, we do NOT censor what our customers send in their emails but we know most of our customers and they do not participate in and promote SCAMS.
We are focused on delivering top quality software and these reputation services while helpful to some extent - sometimes leave room for interpretation and cause confusion in the marketplace.
I ask the reader to judge for themselves on what we do and ignore any poor ratings submitted by people who have not taken the time to find out what it is we really do.
