GoTickets charged me $164. Within seconds of submitting my order, I requested a refund. I even received an automated email from them acknowledging that my order wasn’t confirmed yet. Despite this, their customer service agent kept me in a prolonged, stalling chat while — suspiciously — I received system emails showing movement on my ticket while I was waiting for help. It felt like they were trying to confirm the order behind the scenes before responding again, just to justify denying my refund. Horrible scammers. Charged 4 times face value of easily obtained tickets. Immediately after order attempted to cancel. Live chat froze and remained frozen. Finally found email.
