All lists can be customized very well. The habit list if where you list habits you want to make and break. Punish yourself if you do something wrong (lose health, and lose some progress if you die), and reward yourself for working on good habits/breaking bad habits (heal and gain some money for buying things like clothes, weapons, and armor).
