They pretty much sum it up: "Hardware Secrets uncomplicating the complicated."
They generally do a very good job of explaining things in terms that don't require an IT degree. I also found their reviews to be well balanced and thought out.
The modest flaws:
An annoying subscription popup that comes with it's main script.
The usual social media pressure(what modern site doesn't make this mistake lately?) and some not-so-great 3rd party ad/trackers to block.
