Hurricane Electric is a well-known internet service provider. They're mostly B2B I think, offering very reliable internet backbone and colocation along with dedicated servers and web hosting. I think they have they effectively run a global network of their own. Offer certification, training for free, which is a nice feature. Seem to be very up to date on IPv4 to IPv6 transition. Safe site with good reputation for privacy and as a vendor.
