Is help.ea.com Safe?

Как связаться со службой поддержки ?!Заявку оставить на сайте EA хелп нельзя,все выбираю по темам, пишут либо звонить, либо писать в соц. сети, вы что совсем еб@нутые ? какое соц. сети мне нужда помощь сейчас! Ключи для игр стима не прохоядят проверку! Понятно почему это худшая компания по играм ....

EA is a major gaming company, but that does not give them much credibility. Their customer service is terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes in between questions that they asked me just to end up being told that they can't help me since I cannot provide the email of the friend I bought the Sims 3 off.

Surely modern IT can manage such an arduous computing task as placing a string of text (or ten of them) in a database and allowing the end user to search it in order to find the known-issue and find a solution? Not at EA Games, it can't. Their games should cost 1 cent each, given the lack of investment in tech support. I'm not one of these oxygen-thieves who needs to call tech support to learn how to open the box, either... I had a serious issue, caused by EA's incompetence in the first place...

Very poor service for game installation issues. Even though I have the Original DVDs to install the game, it is only possible to download it. But I don't want to waste my MB for such an ridiculous downloading. This anit-pirate movement on behalf of game-developers turns out to be a bad experience not only for pirates, but also for legit users!! Fuck this!

English : Bad Support. Never try to phone them! Deutsch : Wegen diesem Kundensupport musste ich 65 Euro zahlen um meine E-Mail Adresse zu ändern. Ich bin ein Schweizer und die einzige Möglichkeit die ich habe ist auf die Deutsche Nummer anzurufen, dass wäre an sich kein Problem allerdings muss man wenn man Anruft SEHR lange warten bei mir waren es circa eine Stunde, und eine Stunde lang ins Ausland telefonieren kommt nicht günstig. Dabei musste ich ein 2. mal anrufen weil es die Frau von der vorherigen Woche nicht hin bekommen hat ein E-Mail zu ändern. Besser ihr versucht dem Support aus dem weg zu gehen!
