Bin seit 12 Jahren Mieter und war bisher zufrieden. Seit heute weiß ich das bei der Howoge Mieter aber eher LEIBEIGENE sind! Man muß sich nur nach der Howoge richten wenn die Modernisieren wollen !! Eine Verbesserung für die Mieter ist nicht ERFORDERLICH .Hauptsache die Howoge kann Ihre Interessen durchsetzen um jeden Preis! Mein nächster Vermieter heißt nicht Howoge!!!Aber es ist ja jetzt schwer in Berlin überhaupt eine Wohnung zu bekommen!! Da kann man ja so mit seinen Mietern umgehen!
