Is iceland.co.uk Safe?

Iceland is a long established blue chip company providing food at exceptionally low prices. In addition to an extensive nationwide network of shops they offer home delivery and customer loyalty schemes via their "Bonus Card". I despair at the one negative reviewer @Angel Rose who seems to have a personal vendetta against a number of leading household name suppliers.

***** is a more than trustworthy site built on the foundation of a solid company. @Angel Rose.. I've looked at your comment stats.. You rate spam/survey sites highly while deliberately fabricating faults for reputable businesses. You also have no business making wild assumptions either - you are clueless as to what goes on behind the scenes.

To cut a long story short, a member of staff at my local Iceland made a false accusation against me to the police. This traumatised me. I've recovered well, although I'll never fully recover, and I'm nervous of the police. But I can walk past there without getting an urge to run, and I can even go in there, although we now do our main shopping elsewhere. Iceland refuses to talk to me about the incident, and may have rewarded the perpetrator with a promotion.
