I ordered 8 dressing gowns on the 27th January and understood that they would take 4 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks later they still hadn't turned up, although I put this down to the adverse weather conditions. I contacted the company to ask when I could expect to receive my order and also to ask if I could add an additional dressing gown to my order. Their replies were very brief and not very reassuring, however they did push my additional order through so that it would arrive before my wedding. I received all 9 dressing gowns 8 weeks after I ordered them and although I'm happy with the quality, the customer service I received was not great.

Site is good but the customer service and quality of products isn’t very good. Purchase an item a size bigger than my actual size for the item to be at least 2 sizes smaller. Contacted them and got a response which I wasn’t happy with replied and been waiting for week for a response and still waiting

The site itself is fine, the company though let me down big time. Promised time after time that the items I ordered for my wedding day would arrive in time. Nearly a week after my wedding day the items still haven’t arrived, hence to say I doubt they were ever sent at all. I had one very upset little girl on my wedding day, which wasn’t needed on one of our most special days. One thing they were good at though was refunding me. Not a happy customer & I will be advising people not to use this company.
