The company has made a great effort to work with WoT members to increase trust. InfoRelay Online Systems Inc has a A+ Rating with the BBB® (Better Business Bureau USA) Not Blacklisted: Checked inforelay.com against 111 known blacklist. This site is easy to use, fast loading and has good privacy policy. This site has no popups and tested clean and safe from malware. Norton Safe Web found no issues with this site. Sucuri SiteCheck reported Verified Clean, Not Blacklisted. Google Malware Diagnostic Tool reported this site as safe. Ratings and Stats were as listed at time of this review.

Inforelay's A record and MX record IPs show zero hits at all URLVoid resources, including DNSBL, Spamhaus and SURBL. urlQuery shows some malware hits from Inforelay-hosted domains last Fall, but nothing more recent.

InfoRelay is a great a great company. I first worked with them for web hosting then moved to their InfoRelay collocation services. The whole experience has been pleasant.
And to echo some previous poster's comments about spam, InfoRelay provided collocation and other data center services so they don't have a lot of control over what happens on clients servers. It should be noted that they do have one of the more proactive abuse departments I've worked with. They are always willing to lend a hand to customers in securing their servers.

Amazing company, I have been a customer of theirs for over a year without regret. We currently colocate several servers with them.
Also, a note for the Spam comments, this is a DATACENTER, where customers can host their servers. These spam messages were not sent my InfoRelay, rather their customers. You cannot blame them for the actions of their customers. InfoRelay has always had a strict abuse policy when dealing with abusive customers who use them for Spam.

Info Relay is an excellent company, well-respected, and much aligned with helping my business succeed. I am quite surprised the results of their WOT score as we have been dealing with Info Relay for over two years and have nothing but great relationships. Their customer support team is excellent, knowledgeable account representatives, and great pricing for the DC area. The entire team from support to management buys into what Info Relay is all about, and that's having top tier service with top talent support.

I have never experienced an issue with InfoRelay, they have been a great resource to me. Very helpful in answering all of my questions.

If you have further concerns, please contact us as we are anxious to prevent any other issues.
Excellent service since we signed up with them in 1999. We now have two racks and 200Mbps -- great service, reasonable pricing. I would recommend them.
