As a small business owner, I am amazed at how much business these retailers/re-sellers get. The only reason I joined WOT is to report this horrible company. The worst customer service (no answer when you call their office, no call back when you leave a message, minimal emails full of excuses). They DO NOT carry all the products they offer as "available" in stock, making the consumer wait up to 6-8 weeks for items, but will charge you immediately for your full order. Then not fulfilling orders, saying items are discontinued, yet they still offer them on their website. DO NOT shop JKM Ribbon Warehouse, it is not worth the deal they claim to advertise, the only reason they still have a business is because they are so cheap. You will regret doing business with them.
