They are suspicious to me for too many things to put in this text. Destroyed a extreamly good game and mostlikely will be destroying more as time passes. As for customer service is next to non-existent and I would never allow anything with Kabam on my PC. Might be just my inner hate for Kabam but you never know.

They have a reputation for starting up games, allowing users to play their betas then canceling the game after hosting a major sale related to the game. Specifically, Kabam has promised a major event in the future of game 'x' and hosts a weeekend sale of rare resource 'y' to get ahead and be prepared for the event. Kabam hosts the sale even while fully knowing that the game is being scrapped. Just look at Imperium Galactic War as a recent example.
