Le site kazaa.com est-il sûr ?

I have no idea how the music service Kazaa is, but looking up even a little on it, and it's clear as day it's nothing to do with the 1990's p2p program. They own the name, because many people already used Kazaa. This wot page is another clear example of mass rating tool abuse, and just clear ignorance by many of the people who rate for wot. Anyways looks like Kazaa the music site is now out of business. I doubt anyone calling out this Kazaa for the p2p issues, (of which most were actually caused by the file's and not the p2p program it's self) even used the thing because it has not been around since like 2003. At least give some effort before rating thing's people!

Limited to IP addresses in the US only. This is no longer the Kazaa of old, so many evaluations are out of date. The owners must have decided that there is enough value in the brand name not to change it. Inevitably that means that the brand awareness will also carry the previous bad reputation with it.

Kazza is not dangerous because ppl are uneducated. I belive ppl don't read well enough. Edit: Went on recently and this site was full of malware I take back what I said. Now he is pm ppl for aproval! Sorry just because you took down the pop ups I saw last time dosnt change much. I am still sticking with what I said! I dont trust you and no one else does either!

This site has waaay more music than i expected, lots of rare and hard to find tracks, too (jazz, blues, punk--EVERYTHING!). Ignore the mean comments--they are old. Kazaa is all good now. No more p2p. This is a real company now ala Napster, Rhapsody, etc. (I like Kazaa website and format better though)

The advertising on this site MAY be done by tracking your actions while on the site and is described in their PP: "We may also collect information related to your online activities to more accurately target and measure our advertising inventory, including, without limitation, the places and links you visit at the Site, content accessed and associated marketing metrics " I don't like companies that offer this tracking, with no way to opt out. This is why I rated low on Privacy. The discussions, name calling, and abundant comments and threads opened and the actions of the rep have in my mind lowered the vendor reliability. This is my opinion, which also plays in part with my issues with the privacy policy to lower the trustworthiness of this site as a while. I did not rate for child safety as I do not want to buy their subscription in order to review it so it will be left blank.
