The site takes a postage payment with the order. There is no mention of any additional payments. The delivery service will then contact you and request additional payments for import duty for goods from China. At no time does the site mention the possibility of such payments. I was asked for £12 for a shower soap dish.

My father in law ordered a tablet for £100, paid £13 shipping cost's too and was asked for another £30 from UPS for "excise duty". I went to his order status on their site and there was absolutely no mention whatsoever of any additional charges and no mention that "excise duty" may be charged ... I even went through a mock order and still, no mention of excise duty being charged so rejected the order and they EVENTUALLY offered to refund the extra charges but he rejected it completely by this time. PayPal eventually got involved and he got a full refund but PayPal shouldn't be dealing with a company like this so they are just as bad as far as I'm concerned.
