it is UPS what is the problem here?

I have checked this domain, and the information I am finding leads me to believe that it is a legitimate UPS (United Parcel Service) domain. The domain UPSEMAIL.COM resolves to the same IP addresses that UPS.COM resolves to, the WHOIS data is the same, and all links I checked in e-mails that lead to UPSEMAIL.COM will automatically redirect to UPS.COM.
If you have received unwanted e-mails from UPSEMAIL.COM, then simply log in to your account at UPS.COM and update your profile to remove yourself from their mailing lists. You can also contact UPS support to get help.

Thought that it is fishing, but really not. It's official UPS email site. Look at UPS fraud explanation and valid domain names of UPS (ups.com and upsemail.com): *****

Be careful with this one, the spammers have caught on to how WOT works! They are sprinkling (VALID) web addresses for valid companies in their spam!
Be careful how you flag, and make sure you're not killing a valid site/link.

Nothing wrong with these links. I got an email from UPS Communications ***** advertising new services. The links take me to ***** where I have an account. and subscribe to such announcements.

Not spam. Email service for UPS.com. I know that I'm receiving emails from them because I subscribed to them, not due to spam. People probably reported it as spam after forgetting that they had subscribed.
