Is logitravel.com Safe?

This business is a huge scam. Beware. I booked a hotel and paid approx. 8 weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hotel in Asia, the staff told me that it was fully booked and that they knew Logitravel fools travellers like this. When I checked my email, I noticed that Logitravel had sent me an email stating that the hotel was sold out. I arranged for another accommodation and it took Logitravel approx. 5 months to reimburse me.
