Le site lufthansa.com est-il sûr ?

Obwohl ausdrücklich nach einem Flug MIT Gepäck gesucht wurde, liefert die Seite Angebote OHNE Gepäck. Die Inforamtaion ist auch noch so versteckt, dass man sie bewußt suchen muss. Andernfalls erfolgt eine Buchung ohne Gepäck, welches am Flughafen teuer (30,- € für einen Innlandsflug) nachgebucht werden muss! Auf eine Anfrage reagierten die Seiten-Betreiber überhaupt nicht. Wir haben also den Tatbestand von versteckten Kosten und schlechtem Service!!

very poor customer experience, I could not change flight online that was cancelled by Lufthansa and had to wait for hours at their service desk, phone hotline was busy, they don't communicate email contact addresses on their website what would be very helpful for such cases

A stroller was damaged by Lufthansa crew during handling. Upon arrival at the destination we filed a damage report and were told that we'd get quickly refunded. Lufthansa has not answered our requests ever since. I have called there several times, and after being referred from one phone number to the next, eventually each time ended up on an answering machine. Needless to say, we have not been contacted after leaving there a message. This has been going on for 4 months so far. Obviously, Lufthansa is stalling in the hope that I will lose motivation running after my money. VERY unprofessional!

after an error in the booking they withdraw the money from my bank account, even if i did never press "ok" at the end of the booking. A second booking was charged correctly. This may happen, but what really shocked me, is that they did not book the money back for the wrong booking after I complained about it!

Eine tolle Airline, nur die Preise sind leider oft nicht die günstigsten. Wenn man seine E-Mail auf der Seite hinterlässt, bekommt man - wie nicht anders zu erwarten - immer mal wieder einen Newsletter, aber nur 1-2 Mal pro Monat, das lässt sich also aushalten.
