magnoliatvs.comは安全ですか？

I ordered from them and reported them on ***** after my recent experience this morning. I'm just going to copy and paste what I wrote on scamadvisor for reference here (http://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/magnoliatvs.com). "I searched ***** Sunday after Black Friday for UN65JU7100. I found ***** having a great price with 5-star rating. I was all too trusting and I purchased it. First red flag, there are NO order numbers after you place the order. You get a confirmation email but there's no order number anywhere for you to reference. Second red flag, I called on Monday afternoon to make sure everything was good since my status of the order was still marked as "New." The person was rude and said it would ship in 48 hours. Third, I called Wednesday and got a dead tone. Their office hours are 10am-7pm ET. I called again after 7pm and got an answering machine, not a dead tone. Suspicious. Fourth, I got an email saying they needed me to call an 800 number to confirm the order. I did, waited for awhile then someone just hung up on me. Fifth, they list themselves as a 5-star seller on Amazon. I challenge any of you to find their seller name on Amazon, they don't exist in that network. Sixth, here we are, Thursday, I called the number on their website at 9:58am, got a voicemail. Then, I called at 10:01, dead tone. So, I guess their lines dont' work during office hours. I called the 888 number and finally got a hold of someone, it was definitely a call center though. They gave me some BS answer as to why the phones weren't working saying people were working on it yesterday (wednesday). I said it still wasn't working and they said, "Oh, yeah they are still working on it now." The guy told me that it looks like I bought the commercial version of the Samsung TV which has a lower color gamut and no smart remote, which is BS. As a sanity check, I googled the BS to make sure I wasn't delusional. There is no such thing as a commercial or residential vesion. He tried telling me I needed to upgrade to the residential version with 1 billion color spectrum and a smart remote. I told him that it was obviously a scam and told him to Google the BS he is saying. I confronted him on the fraudulent website and he said, "We have partnered with Best Buy, we have TVs in their store!" I said, "That's the Magnolia brand, you guys aren't related in any way! They have a different website." And he responds, "This is the residential consumer facing website." Serious? Does anyone believe this BS? I asked him to cancel my order. I should have bought the TV from somewhere more reputable at a bit of a higher price. Don't trust the ratings you see provided through Google, unless they are Google certified trusted site. These pieces of sh*t need to be brought to light. OH, and the biggest thing to note, their domain was purchased on November 14th, 2015. If I had seen that before I ordered, I would have thought twice."
