Primarily links to the various Maricopa County Community Colleges, but also contains general information about attending community college in Maricopa County. As the domain is owned and registered to the Maricopa Community College District, I would say with fairly high confidence that it is pretty safe overall. The only potential issue is that NoScript detected a connection to google-analytics.com, which is considered by many within the WOT community as a site which tracks and follows users' browsing activity.
