For me the parcel company lost the return and made clear that only MassimoDutti could, and should, file a claim. It is impossible to talk to anyone at MD in person, it is just chat or email where they ignore what you are saying and repeat 'goods did not arrive so no refund'. Even a letter from a lawyer telling them of their legal responsibility to follow up with the parcel company led to the same standard reply that the goods did not arrive. Incompetent beyond belief. This must be a money spinner for them, not paying for returns, if you look at all the bad reviews.
