ADR Services provided me with a quality education. I called and got excellent answers to my questions, customer service was beyond great. The material was excellent. I was drawn to this site because of the testimonials, and the fact that they train employees from the US Department of Education, and the Department of Justice. Also they are approved by the State Bars in many states.

Mediator training, is beyond excellent the material was easy to understand and easy to follow. The material was easy to access and made the training enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company because they have been training for over 30 years. They are highly respected in the Mediation profession among their peers. The training was extremely affordable and the customer support was even better, the trainer extremely knowledgeable. You can be proud to have been trained by this company with their credentials as vast as they are from the University of Mass, to OSHA and NASA.
