Is meo.pt Safe?

Scam, they were charging my family and me at the same time with two Internet, TV, Phone and Smarphone packs, after i migrated the service to my name, then they "fixed" the problem except they didn't, they thought i'm stupid like them but i noticed what they did and they kept charging, took 5 Phone calls across 2 months to fix this shit. They play dumb so that they can scam distracted people. I've recently asked to cancel my contract and they said it would be disabled on January 9th, except that didn't happen and said they didn't have anything in the system regarding that, sucks for them i have the phone calls recorded and i'm going to give them to a lawyer if needed. :)
