Is mercadolibre.com.ar Safe?

Mercado Libre is a leading online marketplace in Argentina, and you can find almost everything here. Expect cars, Just kidding, the range of products is truly fascinating. However, delivery times can be inconsistent, and there are occasional issues with sellers not fulfilling orders. The bad thing is that if you complain about an order, the service is not helpful at all… all they do is to direct you to communicate with the seller, which of course has a different opinion from yours regarding the issue.

Unrelieable: No customer service at all. Sin soporte al cliente! It is absolutely impossible to get in contact with them, and they charge you without telling what are they charging you for. They also 'vandalize' the Wikipedia page and make fake posts in sites like this one. Overall customer satisfaction is quite poor. Until they improve the customer service I will not trust them Es imposible contactar a servicio a clientes y a veces the haen cargos sin decirte de que te estan cobrando, si Googlean, veran que hay muchas personas en desagusto tambien.
