Is mitsubishi-motors.ch Safe?

I had numerous reliability problems with my car. The service didn't respond to my mails, I was forced to send a recommended letter. But the response was beyond of competent. They didn't wanted to respond because I had my letter public on a forum. Absolutely un-worthy behavior for a japanese car company.
