Auf den Webseiten, die die kostenlose Version des Motigo-Zähler eingebaut haben, erscheinen immer wieder Popups von Seiten mit schlechter Reputation, zb von ***** Dieser Umstand wird den Nutzern kostenloser Accounts nicht mitgeteilt. Das finde ich sehr intransparent.

Their Motigo Webstats counter creates spam popups. Or actually lets ***** include a javascript script that creates the popups.

I´ve no problems whatsoever with this stats site. And I´ve been using for quite a while now. No pop ups related, no abnormal traffic.

what happened?

If you use the web stat counter offered from this site you will introduce adware (pop up windows).
