Is mrhightech.com Safe?

Tried to purchase Microsoft office using my Santander debit card - santander declined So I used my Barclays debit card - Barclays declined it too Then I got security calls from both banks - fraudulent payments had been taken from both accounts My planned purchase was for £39.90 - but these fraudsters have tried to take £42.52, and £43.68 out of my accounts. Nice try - luckily Santander and Barclays blocked you and you haven't got a penny off me! Be very wary!!!

Recently bought a backup PC and wanted to upgrade to Windows 10 as I am on the development list. Bought a Windows 10 Professional licence from mrhightech.com. Not one issue. Price was as stated, COA was accepted by Microsoft as genuine. Massive saving. I will be back to them in the future. Only downside was it took a couple of hours from ordering until I received the link to the COA, but saving over £160 on list price? Who cares.

I bought stuff from them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. The pricing is comeptitive for some products and not for others. I was pleased with the fact that I received my package 1 day. Phone support also helpful, even though I prefer email communication. So far so good. Keep up

Please look carefully at the negative review on this site before ordering from this website. I ordered MS Office 2011 for Mac, and became suspicious during the long winded order process (after payment). It turns out my suspicions were fully justified. The product key supplied was confirmed by Microsoft as being an MSDN key not suitable for retail/personal use. The download link provided was not supplied my Microsoft as advertised on the product page. The website claims to be an Authorized Microsoft Reseller, but they are not. I have reported this to Microsoft and they are looking into this. This leaves me wondering if the other claims about partnerships (all displayed at the bottom of the website) are genuine. I suspect that the customers who have purchased software from this website and had no problems initially will sooner or later find that their product key has been blocked. Even more concerning is Mr High Tech Ltd was dissolved as a Private Limited Company on 3rd July 2015, yet they are still trading under that name. So please, look thoroughly at this website and the reviews before purchasing anything.

Every three months to the day I am greeted with the counterfeit software dialog box and every three months they apologise, issue a new key and promise to look into it. It's been a year now, becoming a bit of a ritual. Reported to Microsoft. Demanded refund. I'm sure you can guess how far that went. Oh and they billed me twice when I first bought the key but were kind enough to refund one of them when i noticed.

Through investigations this site is committing fraud and is a scam for the following reasons: 1. There is a 'STRICKING OFF' application to remove MrHighTech from Companies House Register. Their copmany number is NI625804. Despite this the copmany still trades, takes your money, but does not deliver the goods for the agreed price. 2. VAT - the company is NOT registered for VAT but is charging VAT to its customers. Note the absence of a VAT number from your Invoice if you have it to hand ! 3. Whilst an invoice is shown in GBP£ you in fact get charged in Chinese currency which is converted to GBP£ and you end up paying more than is stated on your invoice. 4. The Company Director is Mihai Fologea, a Romanian who lives in Romania. 5. If you do some online searching you will find out that Microsoft is aware that this company is issuing SecureKeys for multiple users when this is not permitted which, when detected by Microsoft, means the software will stop working. Hello, there are a lot of negative reviews about this company. I personally had a positive experience with them. The staff has been nothing but friendly, patient and very helpful to me. I can only assume that there are lot of people that want to damage the company's reputation. A+ Seller. Give them a try. by the way, yea they are using a strange credit card processor.. but so far nothing happened to my card!
