Is needle.com Safe?

I don't know how this site got voted down (nobody has left any comments really). This site is not spam, not malware, not a scam. It is a legitimate, safe business website that doesn't even sell products or ask you for any kind of private information. And they certainly aren't on any spam list, I just checked every rbl out there.
