Hébergeur à la fiabilité technique douteuse. La misère ! Nous étions obligés de les bombarder de tickets en permanence pour les obliger à maintenir le service. Egalement gros pourvoyeur de spam, on se faisait blacklister tout le temps.

In summer 2010, we had rented a dedicated server from ***** / netissime.com and had paid about €600.00 EUR for a year (!) in advance. At first, the server was provided by netissime, but after about six weeks the server could no longer be reached from the Internet due to alleged "temporary problems." We patiently waited for the netissime support to resolve the issue, but received only standard replies. After two weeks, we eventually asked netissime to either reconnect the server we already paid within a week or to refund our money. To make a long story short, we never heard from netissime again. They simply ignored all our tickets, e-mails and faxes. We eventually wanted to file a chargeback through PayPal which we had used for the payment, but this was no longer possible, because in the meantime more than 2 months since the payment had passed. It appears that netissime had dragged the issue out systematically over this period of time, putting us off continually, just in order not to reply anymore and to disappear with the money, once a PayPal claim was no longer possible.
