Is newbloggerthemes.com Safe?

Absolutely terrible and questionable customer service! I downloaded two "responsive" templates from this site that turned out not to be truly responsive when viewed on mobile devices. After the second one, I sent an email using their contact form. A day later, I used the live chat widget to speak to someone. After explaining the problem in detail, they said that they charged to fix their own template! And that they had sent me an email. I immediately checked my email but there was no reply. So I asked them through the chat portal what the charge would be. They said $25 US. I started to reply back that the amount was too much and that this was bad business, but before I even finished typing, they closed the chat session! Yes, you can download free templates here without virus' attached, but in my opinion, they are most likely stealing templates from the original designers and then trying to make them responsive (unsuccessfully). They also change a few things on the templates. They do give credit in the footer to the original designer, but my complaint here is with their customer service. It's very suspicious to me and I won't be using any more of their templates.
