I have purchased many items from newegg mostly computer parts and I have been very happy with them. They have great prices, excellent customer service and super fast delivery. I recommend them to all my friends!

These people are absolutely horrible, it hurts really dealing with them. I've ordered from them over a dozen times and you realize how mindless they are when you speak to a rep. I'll post live chat session copies on the web later.

I browse Newegg.com for new internal parts for my computer. The only flaw is that their monitors are insanely expensive.
