Take your payment but unable to download the software paid for. No response to multiple tickets opened other than a generic email saying they will respond within 24 hours (its been six days and counting).

They offer great software but I would suggest buying it through ***** (as I did) if possible. That way only Amazon has your credit and personal info, and if there's any problem you deal only with Amazon.

The site takes you to other sites that offer promotions, for what it seems is," for marketing analysis. They charged my dredit carg for memberhips I did not sign up for. Fraud. I tried calling, and explaining problem. I got a rude attitude from "Jose". He told me I was abusive to him. I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was on hold for 3 minutes, then he came back on the line to inform he was connecting to his supervisor. Two more minutes on hold. I hung up. I will report to my bank, and local DA office. I just tried to up-date a program I had previously bought on-line. I'm going to quit buying anything on-line. The whole net is a sewer.

This is the home page for a Software Publisher that focuses primarily on Mac software. There is an online store and an opt-in mailing list typical of sites in this industry. The Opt-Out functions properly and personal information is not sent in the newsletter. The site is safe for children, and offers products featuring children's franchises like "Dora the Explorer".

I use Print Artist and this is the site for updates, etc. Just be careful when you register to UNCHECK the boxes that say you want to be on their and others' mailing lists. This is something to watch for on many websites.
