This foundation has been proven and known to create and spread fake news and communal tensions using the fault lines in various democracies if the leftists are no in power in those counyries and this includes influencing elections and attempts to topple / subvert governments to establish a leftist one.

This is a safe and useful nonprofit site which promotes democracy and democratic institutions through its contributions – "We the People" and all that. This site and organization are funded by George Soros, who has been falsely accused of anything and everything under the sun. George Soros was mentored by philosopher Karl Popper who coined the term “Open Society”, meaning the opposite of authoritarian dictatorship and in support of democracy. Popper’s influence led to Soros eventually creating his foundations to fight for the principles of an open democratic society. Open Society Foundations donates to numerous left-leaning media outlets and political organizations, with many rated as High factual sources such as ProPublica and the Brennan Center for Justice; however, some are listed as Questionable, such as MoveOn.org, which has failed numerous fact checks.
