The site was compromised at one point or other using a known method of attack in the hosting community, the platform of choice for many organizations. The owner is making what I believe are genuine efforts to restore the reputation of the business, site and network however needs to implement a proper privacy policy amongst that work. I would ask that those whom rated previously continue to follow the discussion in the forums and update reviews to reflect positive steps taken at our request by the owner.
