parfumdreams.de é seguro?

I returned a product two months ago and until now I did not receive a reply or my money back (order number 137096739). I contacted Parfumdreams many times and they always say they will reply to me soon, but until now, nothing is done! Horrible experience!!!

slowest delivery ever- ordered goods 3 weeks ago to spain, received a shipping notification twp weeks after order was placed adn apid for... and three weeks later still nothing the so called tracking numebr just says parcel has been shipped, no information. no answer from customer service either. extremely dissapointed. l recomend to use other retailers

This has been one of the worst customer experiences and while travelling in Europe! I had to replace my fragrance while on a boat and called the company first to check availability and then placed the order online. I then called to ensure all was well as the shipping address for my villa in Italy was not listed properly on the order. Spoke w/one of their sales reps (Eckhardt) and then called my villa a couple days later to check on delivery. I was told that the order was CANCELLED and no one from the company ever contacted me via email to advise! We were told the credit card was a US card and the shipping address was Italy so they cancelled the order! In other words, we were assumed to be carrying on illegal activity and were never contacted. Even when I called and spoke w/a Mr. Schwartz, he still did not make an attempt to rectify the situation and was very matter of fact and unaccommodating. Even though I had no intention of ever doing business with them again, I asked for wire instructions to be emailed to me just to see what would occur ... the wire instructions never came!!! So, potential customers, BEWARE ... this company does NOT care about customers and will do the bare minimum preferring orders to be placed online and will only ship to a customer's billing address as matching up to their credit card. I am arriving in ITaly tomorrow and had to contact the headquarters for the fragrance company to get a bottle located in Italy for shipping at the last minute. P.A. Pollack
