Very bad site, takes money from u! Dont sign up. Anyone got information of how to deal with this site? I dont want to pay 400 euros back for something I dont use

Digitalpayment GmbH verlangt für einen rechtzeitig gekündigten Testzugang (~3€) 2€ Stornogebühren und 35€ Mahngebühren und das obwohl der Beitrag für den Testzugang schon lange bezahlt wurde.
