I dont know why there are so many warnings on this site, there is NO malware or viruses on this site and NO browser exploit. However I have had a problem with a buyer on PayPal and came across this site to get info on what the next steps are and what chances I have winning a case if opened, oh not my fault if case is opened.

This is a site owned by a giant merchant payment corporation, not a consumer protection site. It has an agenda: money. It's full of fairly obvious unverifiable attacks on paypal. It directs you to an alternative and much better service: conveniently it's their own company. I'm not a fan of big corporations, and this is disgusting to me: this is a fake dummy website run by a GIANT corporation, ***** (National Merchant Bancard) pretending to be the consumer attacking the big evil corporation, Paypal. Paypal is far smaller than merchantinc. This is filthy corporate dishonesty.
