I have watched the behaviour of picsicio on my website statistics for some time, and it has become clear that this is another rogue site like picsdigger, which hotlinks without permission to images on websites, without being a genuine search engine or directory. I note particularly that the images that it links to bear no relation usually to the categories that it is supposedly linking them to. I do not know if it parasitizes the Google image resource in the same way. For this reason I have now blocked all picsicio accesses from my sites, and would caution people generally to avoid picsicio, keeping to genuinely reputable sites instead.
