Ist play.com sicher?

Ordered 5 DVDs.Took about four weeks for some of them to arrive. I was completely ignored by the company who was supposed to deal with me. Even after several mails to them. Six weeks on, one DVD still has not arrived, and the company - YouwantitWegotit are still ignoring me - as did ***** when I got in touch with them..

great site - had no problems with it at all. sometimes cheaper than amazon (but not often) and with shopper discounts and rewards i get cashback on every order, so often is even cheaper. the site is easy to use - not as good as amazon for recommendations though. i generally look on amazon then purchase through play.com! I only marked it down for child safety because there is a lot of tacky stuff on there, like hen do stuff which wouldn't really be suitable for children. otherwise a great site - lots of variety and good for christmas gifts! they have great little ideas for gifts in case you can't think of anything... oh and don't forget it's FREE DELIVERY on everything, as a default, which is always a bonus.

Bought a FIFA 10 for my child which never arrived and it took ***** maybe over two months to process my refund. There 24 turn around customer reply promice is absolutely BOGUS! Took a week or more to reply to my 4 different queries! When I rang them was waiting for about 10 minutes or so until the lady came on and she actually informed it was not touched and dealt with and she would personally ensure I get my refund which I got 5 days later. Maybe the telephone chargeable service is better than emailing them. Naima
