Avoid these online front middlemen re-sellers who wait over a week to process orders for things like blower motors for people's furnaces in winter, lie on their website and claim "In-Stock" when they are really going to order it from a drop shipper... when they finally feel like it... and then lie and blame a slight skiff of snow on the 19th in Utah as to why they didn't ship it the 16th, 17th or 18th....20th, 21st, 22nd.... yea... avoid this company like the plague I wasn't notified of anything until late on the 23rd, by then my card was declined because other things had cleared in that week. Because of my mistake in trusting these guys, my rental didn't get their furnace fixed, water froze up in the night several times on a guy taking care of his elderly diabetic father with incontinence problems, rent was withheld and my kids didn't get any presents for Christmas from me ...I explained all this and gave this company a chance to do something to make things right, I figured considering everything that them going ahead and shipping the motor and charging my card on the 4th was fair... they offered to hold the order until my card cleared and continued to blame that less than an inch of snow on the 19th for everything. I replied, oh sure, so I can wait another week or whatever for you to finally ship it and for you to lie to me some more? I cancelled the order and needless to say I will never order from this company again. I rarely ever fill out complaint forms, but I promised their support rep that I would be filling out one for them and here I am. I ordered a superior motor from Ebay for $30 less and it got here in 3 days with standard shipping. If you want further confirmation as to how terrible this company is, check out ***** and filter through their fake 5 star reviews to see it is their common practice to claim "In-Stock" when they know they are drop shipping it, yet don't even know if their drop shipper has it in stock. This company is intentionally dishonest at best, avoid them.

These guys advertise on Google shopping and say that they have free shipping. This brings them to the top of the list for price. But when you actually go to purchase the product, you find that the price is not the same as advertised. For my item they said shipping was free, then tried to charge me $9 shipping for a $15 item. This almost double the price!
