I was expecting to see the application like tinder or something like that, but they actually exceeded those expectations. They are not a regular dating service, they made it super friendly somehow. I met many peple from this application, and stayed in the relationship with only one. Others didn’t disappoint tho, they left with me in a cool tone, we left friends and occasionally hang out for coffee

I am quite skeptical about online dating even if this is a super-duper high-tech online dating services which isn't similar to others, like the Plenty Of Fish. At least, they position themselves this way. As it turned out it's not different from other dating platforms, maybe it's a bit more innovative and slightly interesting, but all things are the same. I haven't found anyone so far, even though I am not an ugly guy or smth... Hope that luck will be on my side in the future.

I don't understand what they want me to pay for. They don't investigate any cases of scam, they do nothing to deter scammers from signing up. This site is very miserable compared to ***** I know what I pay for there: the overall higher caliber of women and absence of scammers. It's real and safe. I know that it's real because I went on dates through them. The women don't play stupid and don't ask me for money. I could not find at least one genuine woman with good looks on Pof - just a bunch of scammers. Be very cautious with this site, it's better to avoid it!

I made a full profile, surveys, pictures, everything, and everything clean and in order. Responded to a few people without issue. Within 2 hours my account was deleted, but I see the spammer I reported is still there. Last email I got was to buy a premium subscription, then poof. Stay away, it's not worth the time.

Although generally good as a free dating site - the site is extremely poor in how it 'approves' pictures and profiles - allowing people to post adult pictures promoting sex websites, or including sex websites in their profile text. Anyone would think that the same company own the sex based websites.... They need to clean up their act

I simply couldn't create an account. The website just saying that my username is incorrect and I tried like anything already in half an hour. This website is shit. Stay away from it, since if there are such a big problems with registration I don't even want to know what's inside.

POF used to be a pretty good site, but during 2016 it began having popups that try to trick you into downloading malware on the pretext of saying you have an infection already. I've written to the site managers but nothing has been done yet. As for the profiles, they are mostly OK, but there are some definite spam profiles. For the profiles that are real, most are just playing around and are not serious about meeting anyone. :(

I thought it was a great dating site. Consider it is free and the site is reputable, but the individuals listed may not be. They have events to planned and unplanned meets at for given geographical areas. Minimum competency in that access to internet, computers and email is required. Good for not over analyzing interests but will chain by a topic. If you don't expect to live your free time for the rest of your life in a bar, then why expect to find the right person there? Hunt where you play. If you don't like to play and hang in bars then don't hunt there.

Could not log in, or have my email account recognized to reset password with Firefox, IE7, and Safari, because interference of advertisers popping up. LOG IN TO MAKE ANY CHANGE, when user , email, & password are NOT RECOGNIZED, because of about 10-20 advertisers (or more) that all my browser software cannot compete with? [Websites appear with about 5 second warning, no time to prevent] Phone to have account deleted. These problems are from POF,s way of doing business, which is far beyond dating! POF is unethical, period.
