Is primitivesurvivors.us Safe?

I was buying 3 headlamps on offer for $105.00, but on the next page you figure out that the batteries are not included on each lamp because they give you an option to buy a rechargeable battery kit that has the batteries for each lamp and i ended up buying 3 for an additional $84.00 then the guaranty is not included in each lamp, they have all the things separated. I did not buy the guaranty. you expect to pay one price (105.00) and you end up paying more (189.00). I think is this is not an acceptable business practice. I called costumer service number to confirm if the lamps did not come with the batteries and indeed they are without the batteries. So if you decide to buy from them their headlamps know that they are without rechargeable batteries in themselves. This is the second store i found that the exact same thing with the batteries and the guaranty.
