Le site progressive.com est-il sûr ?

Progressive insurance is a scam inusrance company. They will take your money month after month. Then we you have an acutal claim occur such as a windshield crack from a bird strike they will deny your claim and say you are a fraud in order to not repair your vehicle. What is the point of having insurance if they will not ever cover damage on your car. I can imagine if you have an actual collision they told me they would not cover this either that I would have to pay out of pocket for everything. Stay far away from progressive. They are the worst insurance company in the USA. Avoid like the plague.

I agree about their obnoxious adverts (this is about the site, not their insurance), but it's more than the grinning bimbo. Their way of stating savings without ANY qualifying variables is offensive in the extreme. "Save an average of $650". Per WHAT??? Based on how many vehicles? What age? Driver's age? That's just stupid click bait. I have no sympathy for those that say they pay out poorly. They're shucking and jiving from the get-go. WHY would you expect them to pay out cheerfully?

I have been a customer of progressive for over 8 years and found them very difficult to work with. In spite of claims at fault or not.. They have no problem collecting full coverage high monthly payments, but when it comes time to pay for damages, they give you the cold shoulder and run around.

Had a huge slab of ice fall on my car. They had a real life adjuster in a progressive SUV in my driveway in a day, handed me a realistic esitimate right there, and offered to make my appointments for me. They are always polite on the phone and you speak to a real human very quickly.
