I registered Via the conference website `` Urban Economy Forum 2019 '' which was held on 28- ***** in Toronto Canada "36 King St E, Suite 400 Toronto, Canada M5C 3B2" This conference relied on the Reg Pack application .. to register who interest for this conference Regpack is located in Oakland, California In the last page of registration in the application ordered me the amount of the conference is $ 700 and if i want the Purchase Protection the amount of this Purchase Protection is 36$ the total is 736$ I received a confirmation Message through email. from the Conference that the payment had been received in full but There was a problem in the message When I received a message confirming that I paid the conference fee and Purchase Protection..Appeared Red text box written in it " I contacted to the Conference Officer"Adiam Gafoo " regarding this but she never responded. I had an accident on 14/10/2019, so I sent a message to the conference official and notified on ***** via e-mail , telling her i can't attend the conference As stated in the terms of procurement protection in the application of Reg Pack ..
