Scammers paid for instant pay out, have emailed loads after requesting a payout witch never happened? No response from so called admin, they took money and ran!!!

This PTC not delivering as per TOS. Intant wihdrawal request made but after more than 4 days still no payment coming thru. Their payment proof list - non of the paid person are members of this site!

not only do they not pay. but i just found they are claiming, my account was payed. which it hasn't. i have sent a message to them for a retraction.
