It is a scam site. I purchased a Roku Stick just worked fine less than 2 months and for activation process I called to this site company representative but they never attended my complaint. There were multiple contacts to try the executives but absolutely no follow up or they never care about their customers

Don’t call this site for activation. I had contacted this website for activating my new Roku device and followed the instructions of the network providers. But during my installation process, I received multiple error codes. When I enter the activation code, error codes are displayed continuously. There was also an activation fee of around $50. Even after paying it, my device is blocked and am not able to use the device. My account details and the information I had entered on the website is misused.

I did have initial set up problems, so contacted this site tech service for connection problems. The service which was rendered by a team on phone asked me to pay $200 for virus removal of my system, which will apparently solve the roku issues. Sensing there was no connection, I at once called up the Roku official toll-free line who confirmed that it is a scam. Scamming people with the fake tech support service.

rokucomlinkz.us is not the real Roku customer tech support. They will not activate my device without paying a large amount. Initially I paid around $235.00 for the technical assistance for a year. I made the payment reluctantly. Later after a year when I had to reactivate the device due to change of Wi-Fi I was asked to pay another $100 to allow me to enter the activation code. I told them I am 80 and that I might not live for another week and that was a ridiculous fee to pay for reactivation. I also said I paid less than $80 during the initial activation. rokucomlinkz.us site is a total rip-off artist.

I was charged $100 to deactivate a 5 minute old account by the Roku service agent. I cannot sign up for any Roku channels without giving credit card. All kinds of "FREE" streaming services are worth and I tried to sign up into Vudu, Sling, Netflix, etc. Found all are paid channels and the moment later I decided I don’t want it and tried unsubscribing the channel. The site says I can't access it and no going around and directly called the customer service people. The Service agent charged me 100$ for unsubscribing it and spoke very bad English. I explained we haven't watched anything but he means to charge 100$ on me. At last I cancelled my credit card so that I wouldn't be charged with the $100 dupe fee. I have never heard about fees for unsubscribing fees. And beware that you don’t get suckered again.

While activating my Roku device I received the error message and hence I called the customer care number. The person answering was not from US and much difficult to understand. But the gist of discussion was that I need to pay them activation fee of $15 and it would be billed monthly about the same. Since I did prefer doing it I returned the product. Be aware.

Bought a Roku device and they were working fine for a couple of weeks. Then started to buffer a lot and keeps downloading. When I tried to contact the customer service agent I got a 3rd party vendor who supports Roku and he informed me that I need to pay an activation fee after 6 months of using them. I finally found the Roku head office number and they said they don't ask any fee for activation. Be aware

I bought a Roku device and started installing it. The instructions states that it would automatically get updated but that was true in my case. I called the 1-800 toll free number and they customer service agent requested me to pay a fee from $80 to activate the device. This was actually notified in the instructions or on the Roku box. I called the customer service agents again but they disconnected my call. I returned the product back to Walmart. It is a scam site.

I purchased another Roku express device afraid of switching the device from TV to TV. The second device also does not get connected with my internet either my first one works fine with it. I called them again and they wanted to charge me again to resolve my internet problem which obviously I don't believe to have. Roku selling devices reasonably rather they charge a lot for their service.

I called the customer support members since the devices are not working. The customer support agent acquired my password and informed that they cannot do anything without my device starts working but again the next day it got wrecked. I did the same and they demanded the password but this time they insisted me to pay fees of 80-100$ for life long services. I had a very worst experience speaking very rude and disrespectful. They just argued that the device cannot work without the fees are paid.

My Foxsportsgo app loads then get kicks out after every 10 to 15min.and we have to reload it all the time. The firmware is up to date. When the app on the computer is connected to TV it works perfectly. The Roku support team members are been contacted many times about the problems and they always just reply, I called the number on the screen and was told that it would cost me $150.telling me to delete and reload application else restart device. That is there unique reply that they answer for every different problem. The Roku support is the worst that we have ever encountered and I am ready to drop the Roku devices and try something better.

We bought a new Roku device and try installing it. Got online to enter the code, and the live chat came on to help and informed me that I need to pay an amount of 69.99 as a onetime fee for activation and I would have any technical help for my future Roku purchases. He informed me that he is a Roku employee. After activation I started downloading the channels and realized I need to scroll hundreds of titles to acquire what I wanted. I was just able to find only the local channel. Totally disappointed I returned the Roku device and cancelled the credit cards.
